• Return Period: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
• Return Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping.
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.

How to Start a Return

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@purista.shop within 24 hours of placing the order. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

Refunds
